Registering at the Practice

To register with the Practice, patients can either:

• Come in to the surgery and collect a registration pack, fill out the enclosed forms and return them to the surgery. Once registered, you may then make an appointment to see a Doctor.
• Alternatively, you can register by using our Online Services.
  

The Practice encourages patients to register with a specific doctor in the practice who will undertake to manage overall responsibility for providing continuity of care. We also encourage families to register with the same doctor to help promote family service and care.

All new patients will be offerred a new patient registration appointment with the Practice Nurse 

The receptionist will also offer you an additional appointment with the doctor if needed. This is only normally required if you suffer from a long term illness or require regular medication or surveillance by a hospital or medical specialty.
