The Practice Managers

The practice has two Practice managers Anthea Doran and Heather Hassall.

They are responsible for the day-to-day running of the practice and are responsible for the conduct and training of staff as well as implementing the various services and procedures within the practice.

They are the point of contact for any complaints or suggestions about the practice in general or any of its services or staff.

Please telephone the surgery number of their dedicated line on 01582 463007 between 9.30am and 2.30pm during weekdays if you wish to speak to them.

Alternatively write to them at the Surgery address. You will normally be notified in writing of the receipt of your complaint within two working days and we will endeavour to reply to your concerns within ten days.
