New Telephone System

We are delighted to let you know that, new cloud based telephone system will be installed at Davenport House Surgery on 9^th April 2024. We are hoping that there will be minimal disruption to our telephone lines on the day, however, we would like to advise that there may be a 30 min downtime when patients will be unable to ring through to the surgery.

We are hopeful that this will not be the case but please be aware this may be unavoidable. The go live will commence after 9am that morning to avoid the standard 8am rush.
